Meet the Team





Trent Perez
Trent Perez founded PRD Land Development Services with the desire to provide a higher level of civil engineering service and land development expertise to PRD’s clients. He is a Professional Engineer, certified by the state.
After serving active duty in the U.S. Army, Trent earned his Bachelors of Science Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Houston in 2005. Since then, he has strived to bring quality and efficiency to every project he works on.
Trent is very community minded, serving in the past as the Assistant City Engineer for the City of Pearland. He is currently a member of Pearland City Council, Position 6. He volunteers with The Pearland Lions Club, the Pearland Chamber of Commerce and actively supports the local YMCA, Keep Pearland Beautiful and is a founding member of the Pearland I.S.D. Education Foundation.
Crystal Pye Adams
Crystal Pye Adams earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Business Management Minor from the University of Texas at Austin. With more than a decade of experience in the civil engineering field, Crystal has worked on site development projects ranging from the initial design phase to the constructions phase.
Crystal has experience in preliminary site research, feasibilities reports, coordination with municipalities and designing projects. She has worked directly with the engineering community and contractors to see the project to completion.
Crystal has been on both sides of the Civil Engineering industry. She has worked on the complex design and seen the project come to fruition on site working in sales and construction in both Texas and Colorado.
Robert Farnie
Robert Farnie earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston. With a decade of experience in the civil engineering field, predominantly commercial and residential land development projects.

Candidate responsibilities:
- Performing all aspects of the complete design of complex civil/structural
- Handling all aspects of preparing construction plans, specifications, cost estimates, reports, scopes, and studies
- Checking calculations made by other engineers to ensure accuracy
- Conformance to codes, specifications, design criteria
- Conformance to good engineering practice.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently
- Knowledge of CAD software
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Effective communication skills, strong attention to detail
- Knowledge and understanding of applicable codes and regulations and the ability to meet deadlines
This position requires 5 – 10 years of relevant industrial experience in Civil Engineering
